The treatment plan and its scope are set only after the doctor has seen you. If you go ahead with treatment right after the consultation, the consultation fee is included in the treatment and not charged separately. If you have the consultation only, without treatment, a consultation fee is charged.

Only after we have seen your face do we write the exact number of lines or shots into the quote.
- Sign before treatment
The quote shows the number of lines or shots, the treatment area, and whether anesthesia is included. All of this is printed on the quote, and you are charged only after you sign.

Aftercare has no end date. It is not "X months"; we are always here. However much time has passed, if something doesn't feel right, you can tell us by email.
