Oral prescriptions work from inside the body: problems like acne, hair loss and weight loss are often tied to sebum production, the hair follicle cycle or appetite control, and the medicine acts directly on these steps so your skin and body gradually return to balance. At our clinic, prescriptions don’t follow a fixed package. The doctor looks at your condition at the in-person consultation and confirms the cause and your health before deciding what to prescribe and how much, and the same doctor handles the consultation and the prescription. They suit people who have tried skincare products with limited results, or whose hair loss has settled into a steady, ongoing phase. If you are pregnant or breastfeeding, or take long-term medication for a chronic condition such as liver or kidney disease, the doctor will suggest another approach, because some medicines cannot be used in these situations and may also interact with the medicines you already take.
