Tattoo and brow tattoo removal is a treatment that uses laser to shatter the ink particles in the skin so the body can gradually clear them away on its own, and it works for eyebrows, eyeliner and body tattoos. At our clinic, the doctor first examines the area, how dark the ink is and how large it is at the in-person consultation before deciding what settings to use. We won’t sell you a fixed number of sessions in advance, and you are not handed over to someone else: the consultation, the treatment design and the treatment are all done by the doctor personally. If you want to clear old brows, eyeliner that went wrong, or a tattoo you regret, we can arrange it here. But if the tattoo contains colors other than black, the laser’s response to colored ink is limited and it may not come off completely; the doctor will tell you this clearly at the consultation, so you don’t start with expectations that can’t be met.

- About 10–20 minutes for brows; body tattoos depend on size and often take 1 hour or more including numbing cream
- Pain
- Stronger than a regular laser, like a rubber band snapped hard; numbing cream goes on for 30–40 minutes beforehand, and nitrous oxide sedation can be added for large areas
- Interval
- On average 5–10 sessions are needed; colors other than black may not come off completely
- Recovery
- Blisters may form; if one is larger than 1 cm, come back for a follow-up visit to have it disinfected; hair in the area may temporarily turn white or fall out
