Liftera 2 HIFU is a lifting treatment that delivers focused ultrasound energy to the SMAS fascia layer, forming thermal coagulation points deep under the skin so that the loosened fascia and dermis begin collagen remodeling and your contours gradually tighten. At our clinic, the number of shots and the treatment area are not a pre-packaged plan. They are decided only after the doctor has felt the thickness of your skin and seen where your face is sagging at the in-person consultation, and the same doctor handles the consultation, the treatment design and the treatment itself. It is the right fit for people with mild to moderate laxity in the cheeks, deepening nasolabial folds, or a double chin line that is dropping. But if your sagging is already severe, HIFU can only move things so far; we will tell you so honestly, and at that point the conversation should be about a surgical facelift.

- At the consultation, the doctor assesses by touch the thickness of your skin, where the sagging is concentrated and the bone structure of your face, and judges how much energy each area needs.

- Shots are counted separately for each area, so the full face, nasolabial folds, double chin and eye area can be planned area by area; 300 shots with the line tip are roughly equal in density to 3,000 shots with the pen tip.

- The treatment takes about 10–20 minutes and feels warm with a mild, achy pressure. It usually needs no numbing cream, and you can go back to your daily plans the same day.
