Rejuran (PN injection)
Rejuran is an injectable treatment in which polynucleotide (PN) is injected directly into the dermis, helping the skin restore its elasticity and moisture retention from within and improving fine lines, pores and overall skin texture. We don’t sell a fixed package in advance. The doctor looks at the condition of your face at the in-person consultation and only then decides which product to use and which areas to treat, and the same doctor handles the consultation, the treatment design and the injections. It suits people with rough or dull skin, or whose skin needs repair after other treatments. If you only want a hollow filled right away, or expect a single session to improve fine lines, pores and elasticity, this is not the right option.

- Unit
- Depends on the product: Healer 2 cc, HB 2 cc, S and I (eye area) 1 cc each
- Time
- About 15–30 minutes, depending on the area
- Pain
- Numbing cream is always applied first; the needle is more noticeable than with a skin booster, so if you are worried about pain the numbing time can be extended or ice applied first
- Interval
- At first usually once every 2–3 weeks, for 3–4 sessions; after that, a follow-up visit to check your skin decides the next step, and the number of sessions varies from person to person
- Recovery
- The small bumps at the injection points usually settle by that evening, at most 3–4 days; avoid saunas and strenuous exercise for 3 days
Guides on this treatmentRejuran
Rejuran is a PN injection, and I consider it first for dryness and a lack of hydrated glow. The Juvelook compared here is Juvelook Skin, which contains PDLLA plus hyaluronic acid. I lean toward it for fine lines that appeared after the skin became thinner when the goal is thicker, firmer skin. Both can cause swelling, bruising or small injection-site bumps, but their changes appear on different timelines, so the choice cannot be based only on which one seems "faster."
Whether to inject Rejuran by hand or with an injector gun depends on whether the treatment area needs point-by-point adjustment and whether its size suits repeated injections with a multi-needle injector. I prefer hand injection, but that does not mean it is always less painful or more effective.
If your skin is dry, even one Rejuran session can show improvement relatively soon. Fine lines, elasticity and pores cannot be judged by the same answer, and the small injection-site bumps or swelling immediately afterward are not results.

For the whole face, I recommend 4 cc or more; 2 cc is the amount for focusing on the area you care about most. One syringe of Healer or HB is 2 cc, and the larger the area, the less 2 cc can go around.
If pores only look enlarged because skin elasticity has dropped, Rejuran alone may give partial improvement. But enlarged pores caused by acne may also need fractional laser or RF microneedling. Areas such as the nose tip and front cheeks are only a clue; confirm the cause before deciding.
